FAQ's

Our prices vary depending on type of dome and time of year. Please view the booking page for up to date pricing

Each dome is equipped with a basic kitchenette. This includes cutlery, crockery and glassware. However this excludes knives, other utensils and chopping boards as the domes are not designed to be cooked in. We do however provide a gas BBQ with oven function that has a full set of utensils.

We also recommend that you bring extra toilet roll although we provide 1 roll per person per 2 nights.

We provide 6 eco logs per night however in the winter months you may want to consider bringing more or purchasing more onsite if you will be at the dome all day and night.

Tea, coffee sugar and milk are provided however you may wish to bring food and other drink. A fridge is provided in each dome.

No, Luna Domes provides accommodation in our custom-built and configured domes - these are not for sale.  If you own a site that has potential to be a Luna Domes location please get in touch.

Yes, longer-term bookings are available on the booking page.  If you wish to discuss a retained or block booking please get in touch

The domes have a log-burning stove and logs are provided with each booking.  Depending on use, some guests decide to buy additional logs.

Low-power electric heating is also available.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. You can book an early check in for 2pm and late check out at 12pm subject to availability.

Each dome features two king sized beds - one at ground level and one bunk-style.  So up to four people can comfortably sleep in one dome. However if you only book and pay for 1-2 guests, we will only make up the bottom bunk. There is there option to make up the top bunk during check out as an additional extra.

Please visit the booking page to check availability and make a booking. If you're having issues please call or drop us an email.

Yes, there is a one off extra charge to cover cost of extra cleaning. Pets must be booked in at time of booking. We only allow pets in Hever dome.

Like many self catering offerings we operate on a 2 night minimum stay rule for each dome. However we do on occassion release 1 night stays when gaps appear on our calendar. We operate in this fashion due to high running costs for the offering of each dome.

Knole Dome has its own covered private wood fired hot tub and Chartwell has its own open aired private wood fired hot tub. The fires will be pre lit for pre warming for you unless the hot tub is at a heated temperature from previous use (the tubs are very well insulated), although guest input will be required on arrival to adjust the fire and heat to suit tastes.
