Absolutely. We preheat all of our hot tubs for guest arrival days. As they are wood fired they will require further attendance by yourself on arrival to check whether they need further heating. Full instructions are provided. If the tub is too hot, we also have a cold tap and drainage option for a quick cool down to the desired temperature.

In the height of summer it can get quite hot in the UK. As the domes are fully insulated they are often much cooler than outside. Is there a minimum night stay rule over certain periods?

Yes, we operate a 2 night minimum night stay policy over Saturday nights and some school holiday periods. However 1 night stay gaps are available to book when they are available on our calendar. We operate in this fashion due to high running costs for the offering of each dome.

Certainly. We provide a digital voucher with a unique code that you can pre-load with a selection of credit amounts you wish to gift. Click here to view our vouchers.

Yes, each dome has a 4G router for Wi-Fi. We also have back up routers should you have any issue connecting, as well as a further Wi-Fi network mesh around the domes.
